This flagship program is a bridge between continents. We offer a unique, fully-funded opportunity for young people from the UK and Africa prioritizing those from AME backgrounds to gain hands-on international development experience by volunteering at our program sites in Ghana and across Africa and the UK. Fellows spend 1-3 months working on our school feeding,leading, climate led food systems innovations and agricultural projects, developing leadership skills and cross-cultural understanding. They return to the UK and Africa as powerful ambassadors and ready to lead change in their own communities.
